"The purpose of GAAD is to get everyone talking, thinking and learning about digital access and inclusion, and the more than One Billion people with disabilities (and) impairments."
The 2024 WebAIM Million Report identified that there is globally still a long way to go to provide equal opportunity of digital access.
For example, the report found more than 56 million distinct accessibility errors when it surveyed one million home pages, an average of 56 errors per page!
